I should be doing something constructive

but instead I made some Legitimate Character Studies

I couldn't think of anything for anyone else.

    We're basically just brainstorming.
Sharing ideas for character designs and stories and whatnot and trying to flesh everything out.

Huh. What do you mean by "not too much"?

Well, lets take this a step at a time.
    We are the Fantastisquad.
Why did we gather as a team of possible 'heroes' in the first place? (Are we even 'heroes'?) How did we meet? What are our prime motivations as individuals? As a team?

And then, who or what is opposing/restricting us from reaching our goals?

Wanna do something with a dystopian setting? Dystopias are pretty cool. That might be a lot though....

Sure is writer's block. Took me about an hour to write this.
    Look at these gaia-tier smilies.

I think I'm gonna make one of those idea-web thingies to get the creative juices flowin'.

Yeah, I don't think a dystopian setting would work for us.

I don't know about you guys, but I always envisioned this as (at first, anyway) a lighthearted comic. Not taking itself too seriously or about being extreme and bloody. More like a classic comic book that anybody could enjoy.

But, again, that's just me. If anybody else viewed it any differently, let me know.

Thinking about it now, lighthearted is probably the best choice.

Only because a dystopian society would require explanation and really limit every team's creative possibilities.

How about a light-hearted dystopian city!

Alright that would be hard to pull off.

As in, we become the government of our city and somehow it spirals downward into dystopia because of horribad governing skills? Or bad guys take over?

    Ideas!

Maybe a cheery dystopia could be achieved by having utter shit government, but a society too stupid to generally realize it?

I had an idea that... (POSSIBLE SPOILERS)

...at one point, one of us turns evil. There would be an arc about that and there would be a big-ass fight, destroys the city (a good chunk, anyway) and then the government would be like "You guys goofed up, we can't support you guys anyway - y'all could be bad eggs, we don't know. Y'all are fired."

    (NO MORE POSSIBLE SPOILERS)

You can't spoil something that doesn't exist yet!

Let's totally have a vote for who turns evil.

Anyways, why would they turn bad? Taken over by an evil thing? Brainwashed? Being blackmailed? Secretly crazy? Bored?

Was sick yesterday so didn't work on any artything, so I figured I'd make it up by completing the girls half today (since their lineart is done) and the guys another day.

    Sorry for being slow!
